Notice to companies for which we have created a demo

You have arrived here because e-gata has created a website demo for your company. Below we explain, briefly and completely, what data we have used and how you can stop everything with one click.
I do not want to be contacted again
Stop all contact and delete the company's data
A single click, without an account and without giving reasons. We immediately delete the demo and the company's data from our prospecting records. We keep only the email address or domain and the date of the objection, in a suppression list, so that we never contact you again. You can also write to contact@e-gata.ro.
Who we are
Secure IT Solutions SRL, CUI RO20624157, Str. Pescărușului nr. 4, bl. D4, sc. B, et. 4, ap. 29, Sector 2, București, which operates e-gata.ro. We build presentation websites for companies, on a subscription basis. Contact: contact@e-gata.ro.
What data we have used and where it came from

We have not used: the company's photos, reviews, personal email addresses, personal social media profiles, personal numeric codes (CNP) or data about shareholders and directors as individuals.
Why
To show you, free of charge and without obligation, what your company's website could look like. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in presenting to companies a service relevant to their activity (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have weighed this interest against your rights and have limited the processing:
- we use only company data that is public;
- we send a single message;
- the demo is not public and does not appear in Google;
- we delete it quickly;
- you can object immediately.
The texts in the demo are created with the help of artificial intelligence (the Claude model, by Anthropic), and the images are generic, for your field of activity.
How long we keep the data
- The demo is deleted automatically after 7 days.
- If you do not reply and do not activate, we delete the company's data from our prospecting records within the same period.
- If you reply to us, we keep the correspondence for no more than 12 months from the last message or until you ask us to delete it.
- If you object, we keep only the address or domain in the suppression list, in order to respect your objection.
Who else has access
- Our technical providers, under confidentiality and data protection agreements: Cloudflare (secure hosting of the demo), Anthropic (text generation), our own servers in Romania.
- Some providers process data in the USA, with the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (the EU–US adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
- We do not sell or rent data.
Your rights
- Objection: at any time, with immediate effect (the link above).
- Access, rectification, erasure, restriction: by email to contact@e-gata.ro; we reply within no more than one month.
