e-gata hosts its customers' presentation websites and the demos on demo.e-gata.ro. If you have found content on one of them that you consider illegal, you can notify us here. Examples: an image used without the right to do so, a scam, personal data published without consent, content inciting hatred.

Notification form

So that the notification can be assessed, please provide:

the exact address (URL) of the content;
why you consider it to be illegal, as specifically as possible;
your name and email address (for child sexual abuse material you may report anonymously);
a statement of good faith that the information is accurate and complete.

Manifestly unfounded or abusive notices may lead to a temporary suspension of the processing of notices sent by the same person (Art. 23 DSA, applied by analogy). By sending, you agree to the processing of your data under our Privacy policy. We only contact you about your request.

What happens next

You will immediately receive by email an acknowledgement of receipt, with the notification number.
A person assesses the notification carefully and objectively. We do not use automated decision-making for notifications.
In urgent cases (danger to persons, phishing, malicious software), we block access immediately.
We inform you of the decision and the available means of redress. The customer whose content is restricted receives a statement of reasons.

Manifestly unfounded notifications submitted repeatedly may lead to the temporary suspension of the processing of notifications from the same person, after a warning.

If content puts you in danger or constitutes a criminal offence, please also notify the Romanian Police (112). For child abuse content you can also use the Save the Children Romania "Ora de Net" hotline (oradenet.ro).
