A business website at e-gata costs €39.90 per month + VAT for companies, which is €48.28 per month including VAT, the price you see as an individual. The price includes hosting, SSL, professional email on your domain, a contact form and one change per month. You pay monthly, with short minimum terms: 12 months for Presence, 6 months for Complete and 3 months for Growth; after that, you can cancel any time by email. You buy the domain yourself, in your own name, from a registrar (around €12 per year) and we configure it. There is no setup fee.

On TikTok, publishing is automatic; we don’t shoot or edit video.

The CRM (Growth package). Enquiries sent through your website’s contact form also go into a CRM, where you follow them up until they become customers. It holds only the enquiries from your website form, not messages from Facebook or Instagram.

What you pay, VAT included

Prices are in euro: shown excluding VAT for companies and with VAT included for individuals. You pay monthly; the amount including VAT is what you actually pay, whether you are a company or an individual.

For every package, add the domain, which you pay directly to the registrar (around €12 per year for .ro or .eu). The Meta ad budget in the Growth package is not included; you set it yourself and pay it directly to Meta.

How it is calculated

For companies. Each monthly invoice shows the package price + VAT, calculated on that invoice. For example, for Presence: €39.90 + €8.38 VAT = €48.28, paid monthly against the proforma invoice.

For individuals. You see the total price directly, VAT included. For example, for Complete you pay €169.28 per month, of which €139.90 is the price of the service and €29.38 is VAT.

During the minimum term (12 months for Presence, 6 for Complete, 3 for Growth) you still pay monthly; if you ask to cancel during that time, cancellation takes effect at the end of the minimum term. After that, the contract continues month to month and you can cancel at any time.

About VAT, for new companies: if your company is not VAT-registered (the case for many companies at the start), VAT is a real cost for you, just as it is for an individual. If it is VAT-registered, you can deduct it under the law. Ask your accountant about your situation.

Prices in euro. Companies pay the price + VAT; individuals see the price including VAT. No setup fee, no payment fee, no automatic charges. Payment is monthly, in advance, by bank transfer against a proforma invoice; the minimum term is 12 months for Presence, 6 months for Complete and 3 months for Growth. Individuals have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

What the price includes — and what it doesn’t

Included: the website, configuration of your domain, hosting, the SSL certificate, professional email, the monthly change, technical updates and backups. In the larger packages: social media account setup, 8 posts per month on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, Google Business management, ad management, the chatbot and the CRM.

Not included:

  • the domain — you buy it in your own name from a registrar (around €12 per year for .ro or .eu); we configure it, and it stays yours;
  • the ad budget (Growth package) — you pay it directly to the platform;
  • an online shop, new features or long texts — quoted separately, only with your written agreement;
  • email addresses beyond the one included — on request;
  • photo shoots, a new logo or visual identity;
  • video shooting and editing.

A change not used in a month does not carry over to the next month.

When e-gata is NOT the cheaper choice: if you already have texts and photos, know exactly what you want and will hardly change anything for years, a one-off payment to a small agency or a freelancer can work out cheaper over three years. The subscription makes sense if you want to start quickly, see the website before you pay, have email and domain setup sorted from the start, and have someone make changes without a new quote every time.

Guarantee, withdrawal, payment, cancellation

  • 14 days “satisfied or your money back” from the website’s publication: we refund the full amount you paid, with a simple email, no reason needed. The guarantee applies once per client (per tax ID for companies, per person for individuals). The domain stays yours.
  • Statutory right of withdrawal, for individuals: 14 days from payment, no reason needed; the refund is made within 14 days, to the account you paid from. The guarantee above is added to this right and does not replace it. When ordering you can tick, optionally, that you want us to start immediately; without the tick, we start after the 14 days.
  • Monthly payment by proforma invoice, emailed to you before the due date. No automatic charges.
  • Minimum term: 12 months for Presence, 6 months for Complete, 3 months for Growth, paid monthly and with no discounts for longer periods. After the minimum term, the contract continues month to month, with no new minimum term.
  • Cancellation by email or via the “Withdraw from the contract here” link, with no phone call and no reason needed. You can ask at any time: during the minimum term, cancellation takes effect at the end of the minimum term (until then the service continues and is paid monthly); after the minimum term, it takes effect at the end of the paid month. No cancellation fee. Individuals who stop paying owe only the months in which they actually received the service.
  • The price does not change for months already paid. Any price change is announced at least 30 days in advance and applies only to future periods.

Questions about prices

Do the prices include VAT?

It depends on how you buy. For companies, prices are shown excluding VAT and VAT is added: the Presence package costs €39.90 + €8.38 VAT = €48.28 per month. For individuals, the price shown is the total, VAT included: €48.28 per month for the Presence package.

Can I buy as an individual?

Yes. At activation you choose “Individual”: no tax ID is needed, you see the total price including VAT and you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from payment. The order is placed with the “Order with obligation to pay” button.

How much do I pay for a year of the Presence package?

You pay monthly: €39.90 + VAT (€48.28 including VAT), against a proforma invoice emailed to you. The minimum term for Presence is 12 months; after that, the contract continues month to month and you can cancel at any time. On top of that comes the domain, which you buy yourself from a registrar (around €12 per year).

Is there a minimum contract term?

Yes, short minimum terms, paid monthly: 12 months for Presence, 6 months for Complete and 3 months for Growth. You can ask to cancel at any time by email; if you do so during the minimum term, it takes effect at the end of the minimum term, and until then the service continues and is paid monthly. After the minimum term, the contract continues month to month and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. There is no cancellation fee.

Is there a setup fee or any hidden cost?

There is no setup fee and no payment fee. Hosting, SSL and email are included. The domain is not included: you buy it in your own name from a registrar (around €12 per year for .ro or .eu) and we configure it. In the Growth package, you pay the ad budget directly to Meta.

Can I change my package later?

Yes. You can switch to another package with a simple email; the change applies from the next invoiced month.

Is money taken from my account automatically?

No. Each month is paid against a proforma invoice, emailed to you before the due date. Nothing is charged automatically.

What happens if I want to stop?

You send an email. If you are still within the minimum term (12 months for Presence, 6 for Complete, 3 for Growth), cancellation takes effect at its end; after the minimum term, it takes effect at the end of the paid month. Exception: in the first 14 days after publication you get a full refund under the “satisfied or your money back” guarantee and leave without the remaining months; individuals also have the statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of payment.

Can I pay in lei (RON)?

Yes. Prices are expressed in euro, and the proforma invoice is paid by bank transfer, in lei, at the National Bank of Romania (BNR) rate of the day the pro forma invoice is issued, as applied by SmartBill and shown on the pro forma invoice. The bank account and the amount appear on the proforma invoice before you pay.
