# Accessibility Statement

> How accessible e-gata.ro is: the standard we follow (WCAG 2.2 level AA), the conformance status, known limitations and how to report a problem to us.

We want e-gata.ro to be usable by as many people as possible, including persons with disabilities.

## The standard we follow

The e-gata.ro website and the demos on demo.e-gata.ro are built to comply with the **Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA**, corresponding to the European standard EN 301 549.

## Conformance status

**Partially conformant.** We follow WCAG 2.2 AA, but we have not yet completed a full evaluation. Evaluation date: **11 octombrie 2026**. Method: self-assessment with automated tools (Lighthouse, axe), plus manual checking with a keyboard and with a screen reader.

What we have already done:
- full keyboard navigation, with visible focus;
- colour contrast of at least AA for text;
- labels for all form fields and error messages announced to screen readers;
- alternative text for images;
- page language declared (Romanian);
- logical heading structure;
- website usable at 200% zoom and on mobile phones;
- cookie banner and forms usable without a mouse.

## Known limitations

- **Automatically generated demos:** the texts are created with the help of AI, and the images have generic alternative text. We check them before the final website is published.
- **Anti-spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile):** in rare cases it may require an interaction. If you are unable to get past it, email us and we will handle your request manually.
- **PDF documents** (proforma invoices, invoices), generated by the invoicing platform, may have limited accessibility. On request, we will send you the information in text format.
- Alte limitări vor fi adăugate după primul audit complet.

## Report a problem

If you encounter a difficulty or need information in another format, write to us at **contact@e-gata.ro** or on WhatsApp at **+40 750 293 932**. We reply within no more than 5 working days. Our working hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00.

## Customer websites

The templates used for customer websites follow the same standard. Content added by customers (images, texts) is their responsibility, and we help them make it accessible.
